DAY 1

Arrival to Kamenets-Podolsky. Meeting at the railway station in Kamenets-Podolsky.

Early check-inn. Accommodation in the hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel.

Leaving for Khotyn. The city of Khotyn appearance is dated by historians to the 11th century. In September – beginning of October in 1621, the events of well-known Khotyn war took place near the walls of Khotyn fortress that made Zaporozhian Cossacks and their hetman Peter Konashevych-Sagaidachny famous and became the beginning of the end of Osman empire. Excursion in the Khotyn castle, exposition of Khotyn battle. Leaving for Kamenets-Podolsky.

Lunch (for extra pay)

Transfer to Bakota (about 50 km from the city). Bakota is a picturesque place where due to the closed from the Northern colds mountainous landscape and river abounding in water mild microclimate is generated which favors growth of relict plants and healing herbs. Excursion to the rocky Saint Michael’s monastery of 12th century.

Leaving for Kamenets-Podolsky. Free time.


DAY 2

Breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Check-out from the hotel.

Pedestrian excursion around Kamenets-Podolsky. At all times Kamenets-Podolsky was attractive to conquerors with its convenient location (on the border of East and West), amazing landscape, the old city part is situated on the rocky island that edges the river Smotrich canyon from all the sides. This stone hoop of 35-60 m depth kept the city from dangerous guests. The deep rocky canyon in the centre of the city. The castle bridge. Petropavlovsk and Nikolayev churches. Goncharnaya and Kushnirskaya towers. The Turkish and Armenian bastions. Kamenets-Podolsky town hall and Armenian well. Dominican and Trinity monasteries. Polish and Russian gates.

Petropavlovsk cathedral. Triumph arch of Stanislaw A gust. Muslim minaret. The old castle. The new castle.

The group transfer to the railway station.

Departure to Kyiv by the train.

Arrival to the railway station in Kyiv by train.
