Tue, Day 1 USA/Cairo:	Board EgyptAir's direct flight to Cairo at JFK International Airport.
Wed, Day 2 Arrival:	Upon arrival at Cairo, you will be met by our representative and escorted to Mercure Le Sphinx Hotel or similar.
Thu, Day 3 Cairo: (B)	Optional sightseeing in Cairo available at additional cost: Visit the fascinating collections of antiquities at the Egyptian Museum. Tour Old Cairo, including the Church of St. Sergius on the site where the Holy Family lived in Cairo and Ben Ezra Synagogue near the spot where pharaoh's soldiers found the infant Moses. In the afternoon, drive to Giza to visit the world-renowned Great Pyramids and the Sphinx.
Fri, Day 4 Aswan/Cruise: (BLD)	Transfer to the airport for your flight to Aswan, where you will board your five star Nile cruise vessel. Optional visit of the beautiful Philae Temple, the Aswan Dam and the Unfinished Obelisk. Enjoy lunch as you sail to Kom Ombo to visit the Ptolemaic temples of Horus and Sobek. Sail to Edfu and dock for the night. (All shore excursions are optional and available at extra cost)..
Sat, Day 5 Cruise: (BLD)	Optional A brisk ride in a horse-drawn carriage brings you through to town of Edfu to the Temple of Horus, the best preserved temple on the Nile. Sail to Esna and cross the lock, arriving at Luxor tonight.( All shore excursions are optional and available at extra cost),
Sun, Day 6 Cruise/Cairo: (BLD)	Optional Cross the Nile to visit the pharaohs’ tombs in the Valley of the Kings, the tombs of their wives and children in the Valley of the Queens and the funerary temple of Queen Hatshepsut. After lunch, visit the magnificent Temples of Karnak and Luxor. (All shore excursions are optional and available at extra cost),
Mon, Day 7 Luxor/Cairo: (B)	After breakfast, check out of the cruise and transfer to the airport for your flight to Cairo, where you will return to your hotel. Afternoon at leisure.
Tue, Day 8 Departure: (B)	After breakfast at your hotel, you will be transferred to the airport for EgyptAir's direct flight to JFK.
