Nile & Red Sea 11 days 9 nights package
Departure from JFK every monday
Itinerary:
Day 1, Mon. USA/Cairo:
Board EgyptAir's direct flight to
Cairo at JFK International Airport.
Day 2, Tues Arrival:
Upon arrival at Cairo International
Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to
Sofitel Le Sphinx hotel (or similar).
Day 3, Wed. Cairo: (BL)
Your tour begins with a visit to the
antiquities at the Egyptian Museum. Tour Old Cairo, including the
Church of St. Sergius and Ben Ezra Synagogue. After lunch at a local
restaurant, drive to Giza to visit the world renowned Great Pyramids
and the Sphinx.
Day 4,Thurs. Cairo/Cruise:
(BLD)
Transfer to the airport for your
flight to Aswan and transfer to your five-star Nabila Nile cruise
vessel. After lunch on board, sail in a traditional felucca among the
islands in the Nile.
Day 5, Fri Cruise: (BLD)
Visit Philae Temple, the Aswan Dam
and the Unfinished Obelisk. Sail to Kom Ombo and visit the twin temples
of Horus the falcon god and Sobek the crocodile god. Sail to Edfu.
Day 6, Sat. Cruise: (BLD)
A short ride in a horse drawn
carriage brings you through the town of Edfu to the Temple of Horus,
the best preserved temple on the Nile. Sail to Esna and cross the lock,
arriving at Luxor tonight.
Day 7, Sun Cruise; (BLD)
Cross the Nile to visit the Valley of
the Kings, the Valley of the Queens and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut.
After lunch, visit the magnificent Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple.
Day 8, Mon. Cruise/Hurghada
(BD)
Check out of the cruise and drive to
Hurghada on the Red Sea, where you will stay at Nabila Makadi Bay Hotel
(or similar).
Day 9, Tues. Hurghada (BD)
Day of leisure to enjoy this
beautiful beach resort.
Day 10, Wed.
Hurghada/Cairo: (B)
Leisure until it's time to transfer
to the airport for your flight to Cairo, where you will return to your
hotel.
Day 11, Thurs. Departure:
(B)
After breakfast at your hotel,
transfer to the airport for your EgyptAir flight to JFK.

accommodations at Sofitel
Le Sphinx Hotel or similar, including tax, service
charge and buffet breakfast.

nights at Nabila Makadi Bay Hotel or similar in Hurghada, including tax, service
charge and buffet breakfast & dinner (Half Board
basis).
- Four night/five
day five-star Queen Nabila Nile cruise, in an outside junior suite with
French door, overlooking the Nile,
including all meals and shore excursions.
- Sightseeing as per
itinerary, including all entry fees and English-speaking Egyptologist guide.
- One lunch at
a local restaurant during Cairo
sightseeing.
NOT INCLUDED:
- Visas.
- Tipping.
- Travel insurance.
- Tax on
airfare, currently estimated at $300.00 and
subject to change until ticketed.
- Any meals,
transfers or sightseeing not included in the itinerary.
- Items of a personal
nature like bottled water, alcoholic beverages, laundry service, etc.

as: entry to any of the Pyramids in Giza,
Solar Boats Museum,
the Mummy Room within the Egyptian
National Museum, etc.
- Optional
excursion to Abu Simbel: $245.00 per person
including flights, transfers, entrance fees and tour with
