Itinerary

Day 1, Wed USA/Cairo:

Fly out of JFK on EgyptAir’s direct flight to Cairo.
Day 2, Thu Arrival: Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be met by our representative and escorted to your four star hotel.
Day 3, Fri   Cairo/Cruise : (BLD) Transfer to the airport for your flight to Aswan, where you will board your five star Nile cruise vessel. (Optional Abu-Simbel excursion available upon request). Visit beautiful Philae Temple, the Aswan Dam and the Unfinished Obelisk. Enjoy lunch as you sail to Kom Ombo to visit the Ptolemaic temples of Horus and Sobek. Sail to Edfu and dock for the night.
Day 4, Sat    Cruise  : (BLD) A brisk ride in a horse-drawn carriage brings you through to town of Edfu to the Temple of Horus, the best preserved temple on the Nile. Sail to Esna and cross the lock, arriving at Luxor tonight.
Day 5, Sun  Cruise : (BLD)

Cross the Nile to visit the pharaohs’ tombs in the Valley of the Kings, the tombs of their wives and children in the Valley of the Queens and the funerary temple of Queen Hatshepsut.  After lunch, visit the magnificent Temples of Karnak and Luxor.
Day 6, Mon Cruise /Cairo: (B) After breakfast, check out of the cruise and transfer to the airport for your flight to Cairo, where you will return to your hotel.
Day 7, Tue Cairo : ( BL) Begin your tour with a visit to the fascinating collections of antiquities at the Egyptian Museum. Tour Old Cairo, including St. Sergius Church on the spot where the Holy Family lived in Cairo and Ben Ezra Synagogue, the oldest synagogue in Egypt. After lunch at a local restaurant, drive to Giza to see the world-renowned Great Pyramids and the Sphinx.
Day 8, Wed Departure : (B) After breakfast, transfer to the airport for EgyptAir’s direct flight to Cairo.
